Our Shipping Provider: Sendle

Sendle uses "hub and spoke" carriers instead of singular point-to-point route carriers.

It’s more like parcels taking public transport instead of each one getting in their own car and driving across town (or, the country). The hub and spoke system is much more cost-effective and environmentally-friendly than the alternative. 

 

How it works

 

What this ‘hub and spoke’ delivery model looks like in action:

Parcels are picked up by a driver (on their regular route).

They are taken back to the delivery hub.

Then, they’re all are sorted and loaded to travel between hubs overnight (if intercity).

Finally, they’re loaded for delivery in the local area during the driver's normal route.

It’s a much more efficient system for you because you get a regular driver coming right to your door and better for the environment since there are fewer cars on the road.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S, Hawaii, Alaska and Military Overseas

Return Policy

 

 

Returns

Returns for refunds are accepted on brand-new unworn-items with tags attached if shipped within 15 days of your order delivery date. 

Exchanges — Free Exchange Shipping within the US 

We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unworn (with original tags attached if applicable). 

 

Refunds

Within 5 to 15 days of receiving your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and process your refund, exchange or store credit. For domestic orders, $9 for shipping will be deducted from the refund unless exchange or store credit is chosen. Any short delay in receiving your refund will be determined by your bank or credit card. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package has been lost or stolen, please notify us by replying to your delivery confirmation email within 24 hours. 

 

Order Cancellation 

Eligible refunds for canceled orders for any reason will incur a 3% deduction to reimburse our actual cost of payment processing. This does not apply to store credit. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it is shipped.
